How to store homeopathic remedies?

Store away from strong light, great heat, and especially on strong odours or perfumes for example camphor, menthol, mothballs or carbolic soap. Store away from microwaves, DECT telephone base stations, mobile phones and electromagnetic fields such as transformers.

How to take homeopathic remedies?

Take your homeopathic remedies onto clean mouth away (15-20 minutes before or after) from food or drink (water is okay), tobacco smoke, toothpaste, mouth washes and confectionery.

Solid remedies (pills, granules or tablets) put into remedy vial cap and then into the mouth and suck or chew. Liquid preparations can be taken directly on the tongue or put in small water and sipped. Pills and granules can also be dissolved in small water and sipped. Tablets can be crushed between 2 clean spoons and dissolved in small water.

Do not wash down the remedy with water!
